Luke attended Scotch College in Melbourne and then accepted a full sporting scholarship to The University of Sydney graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management. Deciding on a career with an FMCG organization Luke accepted a role with Red Bull as a Customer Marketing Manager and taking on such roles as retail liquor manager for QLD and group accounts for three years. In this role Luke had to maintain excellent customer relationships with industry stakeholders and on going business development working with all departments in the business such as Marketing, Information Technology, Wholesalers and senior directors of the business in Australia.Luke then pursued a role as the QLD & NT State Manager for Southtrade International, Australia's leading importer of premium spirits that include Patron Tequila, Alize, AGWA, Armand De Brignac! Pusser's Rum, Ultimat Vodka to name a few. Since being at Southtrade International Luke has developed the QLD business to set up the QLD office, recruit the sales team and brand ambassadors, set business plan for the QLD business along with managing State Key Accounts, Wholesalers and Public Relations for the QLD Business. Luke was approached by one of Southtrade Internationals brands (Finest Call) to work directly for the company overseeing the Australia, New Zealand & Indonesia as the Regional Manager. After a considerate number of years traveling weekly internationally the decision was made to be closer to loved ones and the opportunity of a life time arose with Bacardi as their QLD State Business Manager and the chance to work with some of the most prestigious brands globally. Since this Luke has been promoted to a Regional Business Manager overseeing three states and business units. Bacardi is the largest privately owned spirits business and owns brands such as Bacardi Rums, Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Patron Tequila to name a few
