This chapter has equipped me with a unique skillset and broad cross-sector experience—positioning me as a strong asset for organisations seeking transformational change within their property and facilities functions. With over 22 years of industry experience, I bring strategic insight and a results-driven mindset. My leadership consistently delivers measurable improvements in compliance, supplier performance, cost efficiency, and service quality—underpinned by robust governance, value-led procurement, and scalable FM models. I lead with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to sustainable performance and long-term value creation.
