About Luke McStravick

I have just finished my second year at Exeter College studying in a Level 3 Digital Support Services (DSS) T-level. I wish to cultivate a career-path for myself which allows me to explore all aspects of the IT sector. Whist I was studying at Exeter College, I have developed invaluable skills for use in both my professional and personal life; Some of more notable skills that I have required are: developing and deploying virtual environments, an intimate understanding of computing components and their processes, navigating Windows and using its admin tools to help troubleshoot clients on a Local Area Network (LAN). As part of my course at Exeter college, I gained practical experience working in the IT department at Mid Devon District Council, allowing me to apply my technical knowledge. During my time at Mid Devon District Council, I have developed critical communication skills by having to communicate with clients about diagnosing and troubleshooting their IT issues.
