About Luke Mich

As a Graduate Assistant for Athletic Communications at La Salle University, I provide quality and qualified media content for our sports teams, maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the content through forms of social media and statistical software, and photoshop; and communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, faculty and the La Salle and Atlantic-10 communities on content regarding games, practices, media day, and other events. I apply my attention to detail, online communications, and teamwork skills to my daily tasks and responsibilities, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of the company. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Media, and a minor in English, from Saint Vincent College, where I graduated with honors and as a Maguire Leadership Scholar. I have a passion for writing and sports, which I demonstrated through my involvement in the school newspaper, The Review, as a sports writer, editor, and manager. I wrote sports-focused articles weekly, edited and reviewed the work of other writers, and planned and coordinated the production and distribution of the newspaper issues. My goal is to pursue a career in the sports industry, where I can leverage my sports and media knowledge and skills, and make a positive impact.
