High-Volume & Lean Manufacturing Supply Chain Optimization Supplier Management With a diverse career spanning roles in engineering, commercial operations, program management, and manufacturing and supply chain, I have provided the strategic, technical, and operational leadership needed to exceed expectations and deliver results. Having started my career as a Quality / Manufacturing Engineer at AMP (now Tyco), I quickly transitioned to Intel where I transitioned through a series of roles and took on new challenges to broaden my skill set and deepen my understanding of the core business. I managed commodity suppliers, reduced inventory liability exposure, led large-scale chip development programs, and drove quarterly sales targets globally for reseller/channel operations. Recruited in 2011 to Symantec, I was challenged to spearhead the acceleration of new products to production for its newly launched hardware business—appliance solutions. Within two years, I was promoted to Director of Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain, where I spent the next decade building, strengthening, and scaling global manufacturing and supply chain operations—playing an important leadership role in the separation and standup of Veritas in 2015. Through market challenges, C-suite leadership and strategy changes, and even a global pandemic, we successfully delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue growth and expanded the portfolio from two to six hardware offerings. Critical to my success has been my strength in simplifying complex and overwhelming tasks—transforming them into actionable and executable plans. I possess a unique ability to break down intricate challenges into manageable steps, ensuring successful outcomes. Equally important is my talent for building and leading high-performing teams—fostering collaboration and driving excellence across all levels of an organization.
