I have a broad background in all aspects of Operations Management, Business Management, and technology ranging from computer networks to broad scope aviation industry. During my career I have had the opportunity to develop highly effective teams, reduce spending, and manage large budgets. I am considered to be an excellent leader, motivator, and innovator with the skills to solve even seemingly impossible problems. A few of my strengths include: Project and Program Management, Operational and Financial analysis, Productivity Improvements, and Computer Network expertise. I hold and MBA from Doane University and a BS from the University of Nebraska and I am in the process of obtaining a Six Sigma Certification and Project Management Institute certification.
