With nine years of experience in Telstra's business and consumer environments, I am a seasoned professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes. As a Business Senior Specialist within the Channel Experience chapter, I spearhead initiatives that drive performance for our medium business cohort, leveraging my expertise in sales strategy development, project leadership and execuon, channel management, and people development. My journey with Telstra has evolved from fostering growth and development across 300+ retail stores to now catalysing performance within medium business sectors. This has enabled me to hone a diverse skill set that spans across people development, career coaching, performance best practices, product and project management, strategic planning, forecasting, stakeholder collaboration, complex problem resolution, change enablement, and risk management. To isolate my top strengths, I am an expert communicator, people leader and coach. In my current role, I collaborate with the Telstra Business Technology Centre network, driving product and people performance, elevating channel capabilities, leading project management, designing & leading product launches and championing change enablement. My goal is to continually elevate my leadership of transformation and continuous improvement in Telstra's medium business segment.
