As a manager, I and my management team are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Using my experience in setting targets and developing strategies to achieve them, as well as monitoring sales performance and adapting to each individuals learning style and self development plans. I have a strong understanding of the jewellery and watch industry, including the materials, trends, and styles that are popular among customers. This knowledge has helped to effectively manage and sell products, as well as train and develop our team members to do the same. I have managed teams of 6-12 while consistently adapting and learning new ways to get the best results from each individual.
