My leadership blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation, operational excellence, and meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve. As Chief Information Officer for Washington County, I oversee four key divisions: Project Management Office, Information Security, Infrastructure & Operations, and Enterprise Systems. I set the County’s strategic IT direction by aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering enterprise-wide solutions through thoughtful planning and governance. A strong advocate for innovation, I lead efforts to modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and adopt emerging technologies, including Generative AI and to enhance service delivery.
