I am a results-driven finance and logistics professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate operations. My career has been shaped by my ability to quickly understand complex processes, ask the right questions, and drive toward complete solutions. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, priority management, and process optimization, I excel at aligning individuals with their strengths to achieve the greatest results. Recently serving as a Finance Officer in the Michigan Army National Guard, I managed a multi million budget, oversaw government contracts, and ensured compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Previously, as a Company Commander, I led a complete transformation of unit culture, significantly improving trust, morale, and work ethic—an achievement reflected in command climate surveys before and after my tenure. I take pride in being a personable and approachable leader who prioritizes team development and mission success. Beyond the military, I have worked in corporate logistics, e-commerce, and operations, leveraging data analysis and strategic decision-making to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. My ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and empower individuals has been key to my success in every role. Outside of Work: I maintain an active lifestyle, enjoy reading (both for personal enjoyment and professional development), and am a devoted dog owner and dog lover. My wife and I recently relocated from Grand Rapids to the Denver area and have been making the most of our time exploring everything it has to offer—from the stunning mountain views to the vibrant city life.
