As a higher education professional with over a decade of experience in coaching, student recruitment, and academic advising, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting students on their journey toward personal and academic growth. My background includes 10+ years as a college softball coach, where I not only developed competitive athletic programs but also built strong mentoring relationships that helped student-athletes succeed on and off the field. I recently earned a Master’s degree in Education, further fueling my commitment to lifelong learning and student support. I bring a well-rounded skill set in communication, organization, and relationship-building, whether coordinating athletic operations, guiding students through the admissions process, or creating systems that enhance retention and student engagement. Originally from West Virginia and now based in Raleigh, NC, I’m also a passionate musician with a deep love for Appalachian culture.
