Luke Sheehy is the Managing Director of DC Partnership, an integrated consultancy specialising in building codes, fire safety engineering, accessibility and crowd experience. Since establishing the firm in 2010, Luke has focused on lifting the standard of regulatory services across the construction industry and helping project teams navigate increasingly complex design and approval pathways.With more than 20 years of experience, Luke has contributed to many landmark and award-winning projects spanning civic and cultural buildings, heritage and adaptive reuse, education, commercial, sports and mixed-use developments. His approach blends technical depth, behavioural insight and a strong understanding of architectural intent, ensuring that safety, usability and performance sit comfortably within the design vision.Luke works closely with architects, developers, asset owners and regulatory authorities from early concept through to construction completion.
