I am a 4th year BA student in Healthcare Management, a freelance consultant for Europe in Accessibility Management and a Professional Disability Advocate. I also work as a Personal Assistant and Community Development Professional for the Irish Wheelchair Association, with 15 years’ experience combined in the healthcare, charity and voluntary sectors, where I have extensive experience with all types of disabilities, especially those of a sensory nature. I also possess significant experience providing administrative and communicative support, with the ability to plan and prioritise under pressure. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft full Office suite of products, with superb interpersonal skills when communicating with colleagues and service-users, and the ability to respond to queries in a sensitive manner. Compassion, understanding and empathy towards client needs is my priority, with demonstrated leadership, training and supervisory skills.
