Luke Staton… Luke has an extraordinary ability to ignite a fire within the people he talks to. His drive, passion and down-to-earth manner means the audience hears, feels and takes action on the words he shares. Ultimately, he transforms people’s lives; he unlocks the potential in people by showing how they can overcome the limitations they may have set upon themselves without even knowing it. He educates, inspires and encourages others to do more than they’ve ever done, to achieve the dreams they’ve yet to achieve. As a young boy visiting Wembley Stadium on a school trip, six words from Luke’s headmaster changed his life forever. Many years later, Luke was the one on the pitch, playing for his national side. He went on to work for some of football’s most influential names, including Kenny Dalglish, Roy Hodgson and Sam Allardyce. Today, Luke works with organisations known around the world, delivering keynote speeches and leadership and personal development programmes. He has a weekly podcast - From Nowhere to Somewhere - that connects great hearts and minds, which, collaboratively, make a positive impact on the world. Nearly a decade ago, Luke delivered a talk to a whole school on the same football pitch where it all began for him thirty years prior, when he was himself a little kid with a dream. He has subsequently reached over young people in the UK, and his mission has also taken him as far as America. Inspiring the next generation is something Luke is particularly passionate about. He wants to light the fire within millions of children all over the world. His ultimate goal is to proactively and positively disrupt the educational system, by building a school that children can’t wait to get to as they wake, excited about their day. Luke is a true facilitator, who enables others to become their own creator. He feels that, empowering another human being so that they find their own self-belief, passion and purpose, is the greatest gift anyone could give. He sees potential in everyone and believes we all should get a chance to shine.
