As SVP of Design at CBS Digital, I work across brands to modernize platforms, introduce new ways of storytelling, and keep our products fast, relevant, and customer first. I believe leadership only works when you stay close to the work. I prototype, experiment, and keep current with emerging technologies so I can lead through action as well as vision. That means understanding the problems of the business, the needs of customers, and the details of the tools we use to bring ideas to life. My career has spanned e commerce, gaming, government, finance, and startups. In every case, the goal is the same: turn complexity into clarity and ship products people actually use. Today my focus is on how AI, data, and design systems can transform digital media. I use AI to accelerate workflows, personalize experiences, and free teams to spend more time on high value creative work. The result is smarter products, stronger outcomes, and healthier cultures. Originally from Australia and now based in New York, I bring a global perspective and a builder’s mindset. I value clear goals, honest critique, and momentum.
