About Luke Turner

I stepped away after 14 years working full-time for FedEx Express -#1 in the delivery industry as a seasoned Courier and Dangerous Goods specialist. I've satisfied customers by managing the operation of many selected routes in a 5 county area out of FedEx station IKBA. FedEx has recognized me with several awards during my 14+ year career. I enjoy the fast paced team structure of this company. Colleagues know me as a highly motivated individual that goes above and beyond the boundaries at work. I know that the clients of FedEx comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I'm at my best collaborating with others. Before joining with FedEx, I worked for T.YH. Bottler - and was lucky enough to build relationships with over 100 amazing local clients in the counties of Avery and Watauga. I learned how to make decisions, solve problems, plan, organize and prioritize work. While the business grew I was also challenged to obtain and process information to match my customers needs and balance routes to perform at manageable efficient levels. I also enjoy trouble shooting, fixing and restoring many different types of broken electronic devices. Problems have challenged me in many ways but with the combined skills I have tended to help diagnose and solve most of them. I believe that education, training and dedication are the ways to success. I enjoy the constant refinement of computer hardware and software as its helped me excel toward my goals. I am a graduate of Appalachian State University that enjoys customer service, technology, photography and traveling.
