As a Structured Finance & Corporate Finance Intern at Forbright Bank, contributing to underwriting and portfolio management of senior secured credit facilities for non-bank lenders and sponsor-backed companies. Responsibilities include financial modeling, credit analysis, covenant testing, and preparation of materials for internal investment and credit committees. Supporting deal execution and due diligence while collaborating with internal teams to evaluate borrower performance, covenant structures, and collateral across diverse asset classes. Motivated to leverage financial acumen and data-driven insights to facilitate effective decision-making and advance organizational goals.
