I am an enthusiastic and organised individual, looking to progress my own development within each role I undertake. I have previously worked in Customer Services, both office and retail, as a Team Leader, as well as on a IT project team implementing Salesforce. Key achievements- Helped launch the Salesforce Service Cloud platform into Customer Services Contact Centre- Planning, organising and delivering training for 40+ people in a remote setting (and global pandemic!) in order to drive engagement, by in, and a smooth transition to a new system for all associates- Supporting the communication, testing and training for the project. Awards - Nominated for 'Newcomer of The Year' at the South West Contact Centre Forum Awards 2018 - Won a 'Highly Commended' award in the same category - Won 'CSR of the Year 2018' at the Customer Services Forum - nominated by peers - Recognised for work on The Mira Digital Transformation Project in the K&B 2020 Group President Awards- as part of the Salesforce Project Team for "significant contributions and achievements in consistently supporting sales teams to deliver superior results". I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011, with a 2:1 degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. I enjoy tea, going to the cinema, reading, blogging, gardening, and a good set of stationery.
