About Luke Watts

Hi, I'm Luke your long-term local real estate guy! I’m a born and raised 4680 local who truly loves this ever-changing industrial city we call home. For myself, real estate is ‘in the blood’ with both parents having worked exceptionally successful real estate sales careers for decades – it was always a profession I took an interest in and aspired to excel in. With over 15 years of personal real estate experience, I have been present and working through all the highs and lows in our market. Unlike others, I have enjoyed working through these challenges and believe my consistency and honesty with clients is my point of difference. I find joy in the process of creating informed and trustworthy relationships with my clients – believing that real estate is about people, far more than it is about the property. With the right agent, advice and strategy, the process is both exciting and rewarding for everyone involved. No two days are the same in this career! Just as no two sellers, buyers or properties are the same. I pride myself on providing a tailored service. With comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed to satisfy your budget and detailed conversations day or night to work through any concerns you may have. I am here for you. I am your agent! My Professional Philosophy - ‘Real Estate is about people, not just Real Estate’
