About Lukman Nulhakim

Current position :My journey now continue at the beginning of asset life cycle: asset acquisition.Now, i'm in project unit, same company, as Deputy General Manager of EPC power plant.Responsible to manage the execution of power plant construction meet with cost-quality-time target.Previous position :Actually, my responsibilities in current position quite same with previously, but with the bigger of power plant. Financial profile is our concern : Profit & Loss that will give impact to company. How to increase revenue and to reduce the cost. From Operation Dept point of view, we have a duty to maximize revenue by increasing availability of power plant, maintaining the capacity (must be no Hidden Capacity), controlling parasitic load, increasing merit order by proper (competitively) Energy Bidding. In other side, minimize cost by improving Power Plant Efficiency (reduce Net Plant Heat Rate as a basis of invoice), competitiveness of fuel price, and optimizing Caloric Value of fuel from various of fuels.To ensure all of aboves, there's some way that are area of my department : Make sure proper Operation & Maintenance is well implemented, Plant Performance Management is executed, implementation of Safety & Health Environmental is embedded with daily activities of people in organization, well set up Fuel & Material Managemet System, Life Cycle Management implementation, and of course, the most important is the competency of Human Resources.In Orther to develop Competency, there's some stages that I have to make sure : Firstly, Good knowledge and skills in Field, Knowing well Power Plant Safety, Manual Book as centre of reference, good understanding of Power Plant Desaign, Asset Management Implementation, Good understanding in Electrical Business, then finally to create a good atmosphere so peoples connected with outside electrical practiotioner.
