About Lula Goldsmith

I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between wellbeing, performance, and belonging. In my current role at Hapstar, I get to see that connection play out every day, watching wellbeing support transform people’s worlds, workplaces, and communities. From frontline emergency staff and carers, to educators and recruiters, the impact is real, and it’s powerful. As a Customer Success Manager, I work closely with organisations to bring their wellbeing strategies to life. That means building strong relationships, understanding the challenges behind the data, and helping teams create environments where people can truly thrive. I’m passionate about the idea that wellbeing shouldn’t be a luxury - it should be built into the foundation of every organisation. Let’s connect if you’re curious about how to make wellbeing a living, breathing part of your workplace culture. Proficiencies in communication, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
