I am a passionate and experienced educator with 25 years of expertise spanning Adult Basic Education, Community Education, Workplace Learning, Technical Vocational Education, and Higher Education. My research specialises in leadership and governance within the Post-School Education and Training (PSET), with particular focus on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Community Education and Training (CET) colleges. Throughout my career, I have excelled in multiple educational domains including curriculum development, critical curriculum review and analysis, teaching, assessment, supervision, and moderation. For the past five years, I have concentrated on Higher Education within Adult and Vocational Education at the postgraduate level, where I have: • Delivered engaging lectures using contemporary pedagogical approaches • Conducted meaningful research contributing to the field • Provided comprehensive academic writing support to diverse student populations • Supervised student research projects with high completion rates With eight years of teaching practice specifically in Higher Education, I bring a diverse skill set and deep understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
