About Luna Crisci

As a business manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, I have spearheaded the successful launch and operations of a newly opened store for the past six years. With my leadership skills and dedication, I have overseen a proficient team of up to 18 staff members, ensuring their training and professional development, as well as effective coordination and maximum productivity. Thanks to our strategic planning and efficient management, our store has consistently ranked as the top performer in terms of sales within our department store, surpassing the remarkable milestone of one million euros in sales within 9 months. I am inherently goal-oriented and diligent, striving towards both personal and organizational objectives. I also have a strong academic background in international relations and affairs, which has equipped me with a global perspective and intercultural competence. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and engaging experience for clients.
