Sports Therapist Passionate about Biomechanics & Motion Analysis Empowering Athletes to Reach Their Full Potential As a certified Sports Therapist and Performance Specialist, I am dedicated to helping athletes of all levels unlock their full potential, optimize their performance, and prevent injuries. With a strong background in biomechanics, motion analysis, manual therapy, and corrective exercise, I have had the privilege of working with diverse athletes, including football players, gymnasts, dancers, and yoga enthusiasts. Having earned a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Sports and Recreation Management from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, I have honed my skills through a multitude of professional certifications. These include EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS) Level 1, NeuroKinetic Therapy® Level 1, P-DTR Foundation, Stick Mobility Level 1, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Course A, among others. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with organizations such as Hong Kong Football Club, Lucky Mile Football Club, Cricket Hong Kong, and FLAIR Gymnasium. My hands-on experience ranges from sports massage and joint mobilization to rehabilitation training and pitch-side paramedic support. I am always eager to connect with fellow sports therapists, coaches, and athletes to share knowledge and explore new opportunities.
