As a graduate research assistant, I ensured cleanliness and sterilization of lab equipment, collaborated with team members to optimize workflow efficiency, and adhered to safety guidelines. Alongside my academic pursuits, I have volunteered at a healthcare facility, providing companionship and support to patients, and advocating against racial and ethnic discrimination. These experiences have enriched my skills in research, laboratory techniques, and compassionate patient care.
