I am the Senior Manager of Sales in In-Flight Services at Aerofood ACS, a leading airline catering provider in Indonesia. With an MBA focused on marketing from Universitas Gadjah Mada and international experience from Hebei University, where I studied international economics, I bring both strategic insight and a global perspective to my role. My expertise spans marketing communications, strategy, and online marketing, enabling me to effectively drive Aerofood ACS’s sales initiatives, develop customized client solutions, and enhance satisfaction in the competitive airline catering sector. In my current role, I lead complex sales and partnership negotiations from start to finish, blending business strategy, finance, marketing, and compliance. I also oversee the go-to-market strategy for new service offerings, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations with a focus on quality, punctual delivery, and customer-centric solutions. My dedication to high standards, teamwork, and client success is mirrored in my background as a Tae Kwon Do athlete, where I have achieved multiple gold medals in national championships.
