About Luu Pham

I am currently a senior majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis on Cell Developmental Biology, Medical Biology and Physiology track at University of California, Berkeley.My goal in life is to become a primary care physician who can provide the best care experience for his patients and family members, and maintain relationships with them for life. I strongly believe what make a great doctor are not only the strong skill sets and background in medical knowledge, but also the empathy, love for the patients as if they are your family, your dearest friends. My love for martial arts is not just because the cool moves that I have seen in movies, but also because of the discipline, determination, confidence and physical strength that made me who I am today!In Vietnamese, we have a saying:"Di mot ngay dang, hoc mot sang khon"(Go out one day, and come back with a basket full of wisdom), which perfectly explains my love for hiking, traveling, photography and just exploring the world around me. I also love sculpting, experimenting with cooking interesting dishes and building mechanical model kits to keep my mind creative!
