About Luv Varma

Straight out of engineering school, I wanted to be a part of something small to understand my interests better. Thus, I joined a product-based startup creating on-site marketing products that help retailers boost their return on marketing investment through social media. With acquired project management skills, soon I could handle clients, investors, and business operations all by myself. Having felt the need to increase my business acumen along with the project management aspect, I joined ZS Associates Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst. At ZS, I primarily worked on analytics-based projects in the incentive compensation design and sales strategy space. This established a strong framework for management consulting, enterprise administration, and healthcare data analytics. However, I needed to dive further into actualizing the arrangements given to us by our customers. Working on multiple projects for a Fortune 500 US Pharma giant, gave me a great opportunity to take ownership of humongous business projects. My work involved conceptualizing and executing exceptional activities to illuminate the business challenges looked by the client. I worked intimately with clients and the Principles of office to provide sales acceleration, and hence, enhance benefit. The capacity to devise and execute end-to-end arrangements directly has been an advancing knowledge for my career path as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical/social insurance area.
