Background Profile:Mr Hoboshe founded Property Space (Pty) Ltd in 2016 as an investment vehicle to build a property portfolio which will focus on Residential Accommodation, Student Accommodation, Bed & Breakfast with future focus on Resorts, Hotels and Office Spaces. He is earmarked for a Strategic and Property Acquisition Management responsibility within the holding company.In 2017 through growth and passion for property, he decided to register a subsidiary company called Jason Hobs (Pty) Ltd with a sole focus in Real Estate services. This was also driven by identifying a gap in the property market for Black property practitioners who’re young, passionate, vibrant and vision driven. He intends to offer Real Estate services, Rental management and value added services through Bridging finance, Conveyancing services and Mortgage Services.Mr Hoboshe has more than 11 years' experience in banking, most of which he had been spent in Sales and Home loans services at ABSA Bank Limited as a Specialist Home Loans Consultant working with various bond originators, estate agents, developers, conveyancers and private individuals in the suburb area and Greater Cape Flats. He is well renowned for his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for property.He completed his National Diploma in Real Estate at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2017) andstarted Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management through Management College of Southern Africa(MANCOSA in 2019 -). He worked for IGrow Wealth Investments in Durbanville and recently establish his own Real Estate firm as a competing force in the industry early 2024. It is through his own firm thathe will add value in the Affordable Housing space, Middle and upmarket clients. And also play a key role in transforming the industry and produce more young black professionals not only to increase numbers but to inspire them to become keys industry players.For Mr Hoboshe, this cannot be possible enough without a fervent support from Nedbank through various business support channels such as NEDBANK-Assisted Sales, MO Services Provider (Vendor registration) together with all other compliance and regulatory bodies such as Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and Financial Service Board.
