I have a combined work experience of 4+ years and I am currently employed as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant at Jhpiego, and have previously worked as English Second Language Instructor at Learning Education, Career Development Officer at Umfolozi TVET College and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at The Office of the Premier. During my tenure I have developed a long list of skills that can be leveraged to help any organisation fulfil its organisational needs more effectively. Examples include a far-reaching market understanding, effortless performance under tough deadlines and advanced professional communications skills, and over the years I have demonstrated effective team leadership and negotiation skills across various projects and I am known for my clear communication, my commitment to training and my resourceful approach to problem solving, as well as my strong relationship management. On top of my experience, I hold a Social Science Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Psychology and my studies have allowed me to acquire great critical thinking skills and helped me to become an effective leader and team player and I have developed an excellent field knowledge and expertise. I have a well-rounded educational background and I am also aware that education is not just about degrees, which is why I have taken pride in each job I’ve held and ensured that I give it my all.
