As an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Bluecube Technology Solutions, I assist the project manager in developing and executing project management documents, coordinating and communicating project progress, and allocating project resources. I have been working in this role since July 2023, and I have successfully supported multiple IT projects for various clients, using project management software such as monday.com, analytical skills, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills. I have over 12 years of practical experience in different sectors, including banking, public management, and digital marketing. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate from the Project Management Institute. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I aspire to achieve my Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification in the near future. I also have a keen interest in social media and SEO best practices, and I have managed and improved all social media accounts for my previous employer, where I conducted research on market trends and used Google Analytics to measure and optimize the online presence.
