About Lydia Agurkis

Lydia Agurkis is the Project Manager for Cascade Orthopedic Supply, LP. She is responsible for the successful project management, leadership and facilitation of strategic and business unit initiatives for the North America region - serving as the communication conduit and liaison between cross functional business units within Cascade, Ottobock Patient Care and Ottobock North American/Global Health Care divisions. Lydia has an extensive history and passion for small, start-up companies with big ideas. While still in high school, Lydia joined her parent’s business as a graphic designer developing one of the internet’s first ‘web stores’ for home décor. Out of college, she was an integral part of several small companies focused on integrating technology into educational programs for primary students, each of which were eventually purchased by corporate entities such as AOL and PLATO Learning (now Edmentum, Inc). Before joining Cascade Orthopedic Supply, she was the Sales & Marketing Manager for Rescue 42, Inc. For 12 years, she was responsible for the growth and management of all domestic and international distribution channels for Rescue Equipment sales, as well as planning and execution of successful marketing initiatives to support products and distribution sales. After graduating with honors from CSU Chico (bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication, minor in Marketing), she lived, worked and traveled based out of Oxford, England. In her free time, she is the volunteer Community Club Leader and a Livestock Leader for a local 4-H Club and volunteers with her daughter through NCL with various community partners. A passionate outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys trail running, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. She currently lives in beautiful Chico, CA with her husband and two children.
