As a Marketing Operations Specialist, I play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing campaigns through proficient data management and analysis. Leveraging my expertise in marketing technology, I automate processes, execute campaigns, and nurture leads to contribute to business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensure alignment with overall business objectives. My responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports, implementing marketing automation systems, and conducting quality assurance checks. I actively seek process improvement opportunities, provide training to team members, and stay ahead of industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of marketing operations. I recently joined Eon.One as a Marketing Operations Specialist, after completing 2.5 years at Formlabs for a similar position. Before that I was part of the Graduate Program of FM Logistic, a leading logistics company. I graduated with from EM Strasbourg Business School, where I specialised in Entrepreneurship, and from Korea University, where I studied International Trade. I have developed skills in marketing communications, marketing strategy, and marketing analytics, as well as a global mindset and a passion for innovation. My goal is to contribute to Formlabs' growth and success by delivering effective and engaging marketing campaigns to its customers and prospects.
