About Lydia Chen

I am a planning-focused professional with experience across supply chain operations, production scheduling, procurement, and project coordination. With a Master of Project Management from the University of Sydney and hands-on planning experience in the healthcare and retail industries, I specialise in building accurate schedules, aligning demand and capacity, and improving operational efficiency.At Baxter, I supported production and regional supply planning for peritoneal dialysis solutions and medical device products, managing orders and inventory for Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia. I also contributed to a planning and reporting improvement initiative delivered alongside Deloitte, enhancing data visibility and planning accuracy in a regulated environment.My earlier roles at Juvo+ and Bole strengthened my understanding of supplier management, demand and inventory coordination, and end-to-end order operations. Most recently, I assisted with project coordination, compliance research, and site assessments for childcare development projects at Alibaba Capital Fund.I plan to continue developing my career in supply chain and planning. Having worked in this field since the early stage of my career, I have built a strong foundation in operational planning and cross-functional coordination.
