I bring a diverse and well-rounded background that combines hands-on experience in multiple settings, including working with children, juveniles, veterans, and military personnel, as well as significant expertise in behavioral analysis. My career journey has allowed me to develop a unique skill set that spans across education, healthcare, and mental health, all while adhering to a strong foundation of compassion, patience, and dedication to improving the lives of others. In each role, I tailored my approach to meet the needs of those under my care. Whether providing emotional support, managing behavior, or assisting with educational goals, I focused on creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. My time in the United States Army as a Surgical Technician allowed me to develop strong medical and interpersonal skills. In this role, I was responsible for preparing patients and surgical areas for operations, sterilizing equipment, assisting during surgeries, and providing post-operative care. Working in high-pressure environments helped me build resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions, which continue to serve me well in my current career.
