About Lydia Goode

Since 1997 I have developed myself into a mature Quality Manager. I have set up a Quality Management System and managed to retain the quality awareness of colleagues by executing and coordinating internal audits, setting up and coordinating improvement teams and working closely with Management and Employees. Since 2017 I started working for start-ups for (active implantable) medical devices. I have built up interesting new experiences in the pre and early commercialization phase of a medical device company and in manufacturing, also US oriented. Strengths: binding, driven, cooperative, people-oriented, structured, self-motivated Skills: easy contacting, enthusiasm, patience, process-/result-oriented, discipline, pro-active, team player Values: respect and honesty My strength is connecting people and processes. Working together is a prerequisite to achieve the best result. Partly because of my experience from sporting at a higher level, I know the power of teamwork and the various roles that are important in a team. Working in a pleasant atmosphere and working environment with passionate colleagues and room for humor gives me energy. I prefer to deliver a meaningful contribution by supporting people with my knowledge and experience in processmanagement and with ISO13485/MDR, which I am willing to expand. I like using my creativity.
