With a passion for continuous self-improvement and a desire to learn, I began my career as a firefighter and EMT working my way through various roles in healthcare clinics and moving into management roles in Clinics, Finance, Information Technology, and Senior Administration. Over the years, I have successfully led and developed strategic initiatives and have been a key contributor to driving growth within organizations. I have proven success in managing and motivating employees as well as creating strong and collaborative interdepartmental relationships. After 20 years of working in corporations though, I yearned to serve others better in my career and thus began Elevated Consulting Partners.
