I am an employee experience leader who believes in creating meaningful experiences for people at work. With my expertise in strategic employee communications and change management roles, I’ve identified a niche in creating positive workplace experiences; I also have a deep desire to help all people feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. My mantra is “By fully allowing each person’s bright light to shine, they can achieve the extraordinary” as I firmly believe that each person is here with unique gifts and a specific purpose – and how we show up at work can either amplify or curtail the expression of these gifts. AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Employee Communications: I have created and matured comprehensive internal communication strategy and processes for a 1500-person organization. Change Management: I’ve developed multiple award-winning change leadership toolkits to support transformational change. ‍ People Experience: I've designed workshops, events, and experiences that center being human at work. Leadership Facilitation: I've facilitated strategic workshops, helping leaders focus first on the “what”, and only then the “how”. Program Management: I’ve led 5+ critical strategic initiatives to success. 5 ACHIEVEMENTS I’M PROUD OF: Founded my previous company’s first community resource group, dedicated to having safe and brave DEI-related conversations at work. Led change management for organizational restructuring in the most human way possible, resulting in 2 awards. Recognized as a “Shero” for 3 years in a row for community impact. Facilitated the development and rollout of 5-year strategy, achieving a 70% understanding across the organization. Led an initiative to refresh organizational culture, with a roll-out focused on leaders first.
