I am a well presented, highly personable and efficient General Manager with an ability to work independently in a changing and multitasking environment. I have excellent communication skills and am comfortable working in a fast paced, growth orientated work environment. Being an energetic hands on person that has developed the Lady Bay Resort from the first pivotal years of operation, I am fortunate to possess and have great experience in a multi-faceted hospitality/Tourism venue. I am able to manage a busy kitchen with the head chef and restaurant staff, coordinate events to ensure they run smoothly and the client is happy and of course manage the accommodation sector of the business that involves many skills and expertise, such as Trust Accounting abilities and Management, OTA Management, Marketing Incentives and management including both International and Domestic, Content Management involving various affiliated partners and website, Staff management and leadership, budgeting and procurement management, overseeing maintenance and the general upkeep of the resort including large scale projects. As the Lady Bay Resort is privately owned we operate an Owners Corporation that I also manage, this involves fee setting, budgeting, managing staff and tradespersons and of course ensuring the exterior of the resort is well maintained. I have a key focus on the stake holders of the business as well as being able to align that with our clients.
