I am a Goal-oriented Human Resource Partner and a Learning & Leadership expert with experience in employee relations, resourcing, presentation, facilitation, performance consulting and instructional design. My expertise and good understanding of Human Resource policies has positioned me to effectively collaborate with business leaders in employee learning, development and performance. My purpose is to help people discover who they are, learn and grow; this is what makes me wake up every morning. I believe each one of us is good at something. I get things done and I have an internal fire that pushes me to do more. I love to learn and I am drawn to the process of learning; this enables me to thrive in dynamic work environments. Some of my achievements-Designed content that effectively addressed people management skill gaps and saved the bank money-Through training of over 400 line managers across the bank on 'leading highly engaged teams', the engagement score improved by 10%-Delivered training efficiently to the business and saved 10% of the training budget-Coached 5 employees who were promoted to new roles within one year-Successfully navigated the organization and engaged a number of stakeholders to meet the needs of the business-Contributed to the people strategy development process of the bank- Successfully led training workstream for people change during the separation project-Supported the design and delivery of Leadership, Learning and Talent programs, including succession planning, retention, and engagement-Contributed to the strategic planning of workforce development and learning priorities-Diagnosed the root cause of capability gaps and issues that contribute to strategic Leadership, Learning and Talent needs-Delivered Leadership, Learning and Talent solutions in a cost-effective manner, working within deadlines and to budget.
