About Lydia Octaviani

Lydia is a results-driven Risk Management professional with strong expertise in risk assessment, policy development, and digital transformation with more than 5 years of experience. She began her career through the prestigious Danamon Bankers Trainee program and later played a key role in digitalizing underwriting processes for core consumer lending products such as mortgage and credit cards. With hands-on experience in credit policy implementation and cross-functional collaboration, she has demonstrated deep understanding of risk management framework since the beginning of her career. Currently serving as a Credit Risk Policy Specialist, she manages credit risk (and recently expanded to investment risk) and governance for consumer lending products (which include digital & conventional credit cards, unsecured personal loan, mortgage), Subsidiary companies’ products, and all Sharia financing products. She works cross-functionally with Subsidiary Companies, Business, Compliance, and other Risk-taking units to develop and refine credit policies that support business growth, while still prioritizing prudential principles.
