About Lydia Smith

Third-year multi-major student with a desire to learn. Constantly seeking new experiences to grow and not only better myself but also the environments around me. I am passionate about how to improve health both on a global scale and through interpersonal connections. My goal after completing my undergraduate is to attend medical school and pursue a career as a Geneticist, possibly specializing in Molecular Genetics. I love searching for answers to problems through lists, details, and patterns. By pursing multiple majors and participating in different organizations, I have developed a well-rounded education that continues to stimulate my mind, driving me to learn even more. I hope participate in an research opportunity this coming summer and expand my current skill set even more.
