Actuellement Juriste international chez Haulotte, mon quotidien est centré sur la protection et la valorisation de la propriété intellectuelle (gestion de marques, stratégie, suivi des litiges). En complément, je pilote la gestion des contrats IT et participe à l'amélioration continue de nos processus contractuels. 🤖 Convaincue de l'apport du digital à la fonction, je suis un moteur de la transformation numérique du juridique. Mon rôle international me conduit à collaborer étroitement avec nos filiales (Asie Pacifique, Europe, États-Unis, Afrique) pour la rédaction de contrats variés et à piloter la mise en place, le suivi et l'amélioration de notre réseau de distribution. 🧠 Je partage également mon expertise à travers des formations destinées à différents départements de l'entreprise (achats, R&D etc.) La richesse du métier réside dans la pluralité et la diversité des interlocuteurs. Cette diversité d'interactions nécessite une certaine adaptabilité et une curiosité intellectuelle constante pour appréhender un large éventail de domaines juridiques. ‐- ‍ Currently an International Legal Counsel at Haulotte, my daily work is centered on the protection and enhancement of intellectual property (trademark management, strategy, litigation monitoring). Additionally, I manage IT contracts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our contractual processes. 🤖 Convinced of the value of digital tools in the legal function, I am a driving force behind the digital transformation of the legal department. My international role leads me to collaborate closely with our subsidiaries (Asia Pacific, Europe, United States, Africa) for the drafting of various contracts and to manage the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of our distribution network. 🧠 I also share my expertise through training sessions for different departments within the company (purchasing, R&D, etc.). The richness of the profession lies in the plurality and diversity of stakeholders. This variety of interactions requires a certain adaptability and constant intellectual curiosity to grasp a wide range of legal areas.
