Leads in establishing and overseeing the appraisal review and audit processes for Saskatchewan body shops in accordance with the audit framework and customer service targets. Oversees and monitors the Saskatchewan Auto Repairer Accreditation program and related compliance. Provides direction to employees on complex situations. Ensures Appraisal Services team are executing responsibilities in accordance to Audit Framework, policies, processes and reporting.PAST EXPERIENCE1:Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of strategies to accomplish the business goals linked to the corporations’ strategic plan which is achieved through the successful implementation of programs and services while meeting financial goals in the areas of casino operations. Responsible for identifying opportunities to build the brand of Casino Regina services and enhance the customer experience within the Casino. Developing strategic plans that are consistent with the corporation’s objectives and operationalizing the plans through the development and implementation of departmental work plans. Member of the Executive Sub-Committee, Risk Mgmt Standing Committee, Policy & Procedures Committee, New Initiatives Review Committee, Business Continuity Planning Steering Committee, and Occupational Health & Safety Committee.•Management of approx 270 staff and $30 million operating budget.PAST EXPERIENCE2:• Assist clients in understanding their internal control processes and exposures, and implements solutions addressing the confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes, information and systems.
