Currently supporting the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) Supportability Intergraded Product Team (IPT)/ Product Support Team (PST) Lead. Principal responsibilities: Utilizing Engineering and Reliability data, Maintainability, Quality and Testing practices, I provide in-depth technical analysis of the AAS Maintenance / Logistics processes and Supportability products. Including proposed revisions to Integrated Support Plans, spares requirements, scheduled maintenance, support tasking, and Level of Repair Analysis to ensure established maintenance concepts can be attained. Furthermore, I lead select quality activities to evaluate program unique Maintenance activities and qualification, operational suitability and technical publication development. Provide assessments of contractors’ proposals and statement of work, review and provide inputs to requirements documents, verification plans and deliverables. Monitor system performance from an “End User Prospective” and provide technical input when trends are discovered and failure analysis is conducted. Review Failure mode Effects and Corrective Action (FMECA), Root Cause analysis and Failure Analysis Lab (FAL) results. Review completed work in terms of timelines, effectiveness and conformance to accepted methods and practices, industry standards, and NAVAIR requirements. Coordinate and resolve emergent and urgent maintenance issues that have impact on field operations, safety of flight, and flight operations or create a risk to production.
