I’ve spent my career maximizing dealer profits in F&I, Service, and Sales departments. From creating lead opportunities for sales, service drive sales systems for VSC and other traditional F&I products to developing F&I products and processes to create maximum F&I gross income and balancing that income from product & rate. Also creating marketing/data management tools for dealers to drive new vehicle sales. Additionally, I spent 9 years with the Automotive Service Association serving as its VP of Sales/Marketing and working intensely with the service department side of the service contract industry. From there, I then worked for a large, publicly traded, service contract administrator learning the inner workings of the service contract administration business. Today, I apply these tools to increase my clients’ profits. I'm also CEO of a cannabis business - Conejo Collective.
