My journey has taken me from being an Assistant to Vice President at The Closing Agent, Inc, where I learned the ins and outs of operational efficiency, to my current role as Vice President of Operations and Escrow. One of my proudest moments was leading our transition to a paperless system—this initiative not only cut manual labor costs by 15% but also sped up processing times by 30%. It’s these kinds of changes that excite me—the chance to make workflows smoother for everyone involved. In my time at The Closing Agent, I’ve managed around $95M annually in policy liability insurance while ensuring compliance and efficiency across departments. I believe that good operations are like well-oiled machines; they require regular maintenance and innovative upgrades. One such upgrade was implementing automated check issuance processes that significantly reduced our overhead costs while improving accuracy. Before stepping into my current role, I was fortunate enough to lead various teams at Fannie Mae managing REO properties. There, I developed a data-driven program that tackled title issues head-on—resulting in a 20% reduction in discrepancies. This experience reinforced my belief that leveraging data can lead to smarter decisions and better outcomes for clients. Outside of work, I enjoy sharing my knowledge through mentorship programs aimed at developing future leaders in real estate operations.
