Hi there! I’m the Chief Operating Officer at Tribal Impact, where I’m proud to help shape the direction of our business while staying deeply connected to the people who power it. I work alongside our CEO to turn big-picture vision into day-to-day momentum—aligning strategy with action, people with purpose, and operations with outcomes. My role touches every corner of our organisation—from workforce planning and performance management to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered to grow, thrive and contribute. Whether it’s refining our internal processes, leading recruitment and onboarding, or championing professional development, I’m here to ensure our team is set up for long-term success (and maybe even a little fun along the way). For me, it’s all about building a workplace where connection, clarity and creativity go hand in hand. I care deeply about making Tribal Impact a place where our people feel seen and supported—and where our clients feel the full strength of a team that’s truly aligned and inspired. When I’m not in COO mode, I love meeting up with friends, watching the latest crime series on tv, or playing candy crush (yes I am totally addicted!)
