As a leader by example, I am a passionate advocate for people power and believe every business underachieves when it comes to understanding their people are their power. As a puzzle solver I enjoy chaos so long as it has forward momentum, so that I may give it shape. I am an engagement and equity expert, and can effortlessly show you the benefit of people bringing their whole selves to work, and not losing valuable time and energy to self editing and fear.
