About Lyn Morgain

I am an adept leader with a track record of achieving significant organisational and systemic change through strategic partnership. I have leadership roles in a range of key collaborations across primary care and other parts of the health system. I am a passionate advocate for building and recognising socio-cultural influence on the health of marginalised populations. In particular the determinants of health. I have strong policy advocacy capacity and am adept at identifying and brokering effective strategic partnership. My strong networks across public health and the nfp sectors underpins and enables my work, while my experience in human rights advocacy, women's leadership and LGBT rights, reflects my values. I am a facilitative leader who loves to work with passionate and engaged people. I have had the privilege of leading and developing wonderful teams of people who are focused on improving the lives of all communities, but most particularly those who are marginalized.
